Schezreh Nauman obtained her Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from the University of Ottawa. Prior to this, she completed her Bachelor of Arts (Honours) at Brock University with a minor in Gender Studies…

At Brock, Schezreh conducted research at the Social Cognition, Relationships, and Methods Lab on the impact of social comparisons on individuals’ emotions and interpersonal relationships. Prior to joining OCCT, Schezreh completed her graduate clinical training at one of Carleton University’s mental health support program for students. She is well trained in the use of “third wave” CBT approaches to treat youth and adults facing a variety of clinical and counselling challenges.

Schezreh takes a non-judgmental and compassionate approach to therapy to work collaboratively with clients to achieve their therapeutic goals. She is supervised weekly by Drs. Arthur and Jane Blouin. In her spare time, Schezreh enjoys cooking, baking, crocheting, and exploring the city.
