Your path to care at the Centre for Cognitive Therapy begins with PsyMatch, our structured online intake and assessment system.
PsyMatch guides you through:
- A structured diagnostic interview (based on DSM-5)
- Stress beliefs and coping style measures
- A therapist matching interview based on your preferences and goals
After you complete PsyMatch, you’ll meet with one of our psychologists to:
- Review your results and clarify the clinical picture
- Confirm your goals and priorities
- Match you with the right therapist
- Outline an evidence-based treatment plan so therapy starts with direction

Our offices at 1150 Morrison Dr. are easily reached from the Queensway (East or West), exit Pinecrest/Greenbank, to Morrison Dr.
Parking FREE Parking Available
Bus routes 58, 55, 61 and 62 are the best routes to the area.
Accessibility
The 400C office is located on the fourth floor of 1150 Morrison Drive, turn right from the elevators to 400C.
The 303B office is located on the third floor of 1150 Morrison Drive, turn right from the elevators, right again, left down the hallway to 303B.
