She obtained her Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Minnesota State University where she also completed graduate studies in Sport & Performance Psychology. Rachel trained under cognitive-behavioural psychologists while at the Mankato Psychology Clinic in Minnesota. She has experience working with adolescents, adults, and older adults of all walks of life presenting with concerns regarding anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, ADHD, interpersonal challenges, performance and sports psychology, and stress management. She uses CBT and “third wave” approaches. Rachel practices collaboratively with clients, and has a highly compassionate and nonjudgmental approach to therapy. Rachel is supervised by Dr. William Utendale.
