Rachel Domingue is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) through the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). With a background that blends mental health counseling and performance psychology, Rachel brings a unique perspective to her practice.

Ms. Domingue earned her Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Minnesota State University and completed her training under experienced cognitive-behavioural psychologists at the Mankato Psychology Clinic in Minnesota. Her dedication to helping individuals thrive, whether in everyday life or high-pressure situations, is a testament to her commitment to mental well-being.

Experience and Approach

Ms. Domingue works with children, adolescents, adults, and older adults, offering support across various life stages and challenges. She is experienced in addressing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, ADHD, and more. Rachel’s approach is grounded in cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT) and “third wave” approaches, inluding DBT and ACT, ensuring clients receive well-rounded and evidence-based care. Rachel practices collaboratively with clients and has a highly compassionate and non-judgmental approach to therapy. As part of her dedication to continue professional development, Rachel engages in weekly supervision with Dr. William Utendale, and continuing education with Dr. Arthur Blouin.
